Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Safety Sensitive
* Rotating Shifts (7AM - 7PM)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
  • Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols
  • Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and basic nursing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety-sensitive policies and procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to appropriate personnel

Requirements
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Strong understanding of safety-sensitive procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings and long hours
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care
  • Must have a valid BLS Certification
