• Medication administration and treatments
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
• Document resident care services in the resident medical record and departmental records
• Educate residents and family members regarding treatment, rehabilitation, and changes in status
• Adhere to infection control policies and all facility procedures
• Consult with residents' physician regarding the plan of care and notify of any changes
• Maintain residents' confidentiality and privacy
• Assure quality of care by adhering to DOH standards of practice and facility standards
• Assist in solving residents' problems by working with the interdisciplinary team

• Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN or RN program
