Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

We are searching for compassionate nurses to provide care for a very special client/patient. Key details:

  Friday – Sunday, 8 p.m. – 8 a.m.
• Location/Setting: Schertz/Selma, TX 78154
• Age Range: Toddler
• Acuity: High Acuity (Trach and Ventilator care) – training provided.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, monitoring patient status, administering medications, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes for the patient.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with a hands‑on component (Avaanna will assist after hire).
• Current TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
