LPN / LVN – Up to $35/hour
Day shift and night shift – 12‑hour days or overnight shifts available.
Hiring immediately; full‑time and part‑time positions.
Responsibilities- Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long‑Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Provide resident and family education.
- Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals.
- Supervise CNAs.
- Current Tennessee LPN license.
- Availability for day or overnight shift.
