Pay Range: $27.00 - $38.75 (pay rate dependent upon experience)
Position HighlightsMay be eligible for $7,500 - $10,000 sign on bonus and $1,500 relocation bonus
What you will do- Collects data and conducts a focused nursing assessment of the health status of a patient.
- Participates with other health care providers in the development and modification of the patient-centered health care plan.
- Implements nursing interventions within a patient-centered health care plan.
- Assists in the evaluation of responses to interventions.
- Provides for the maintenance of safe and effective nursing care rendered directly or indirectly.
- Advocates for the best interest of the patient.
- Communicates and collaborates with patients and members of the health care team.
- Assists with health counseling and teaching.
- Delegates and assigns nursing interventions to implement the plan of care.
