• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
• Document according to standards of care.
• Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needs.
• Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities.
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments.
• Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately.

Need 1 year experience in setting.

Current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license.

CPR and BLS certification required.
