Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time - Night Shift Pay $30-40/hr A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available for qualified candidates.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care that supports patients’ recovery and promotes long-term wellness. You’ll play a vital role in educating patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
The ideal candidate is a responsible, well‑trained professional with strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care. You must be able to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patients’ conditions to deliver personalized and effective care
- Observe and interpret symptoms, reporting changes to the medical team promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to create and implement care plans
- Perform routine nursing tasks (e.g., blood pressure checks, injections, chart documentation)
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic care environment (e.g., sanitize equipment, prep patient areas)
- Respond swiftly and effectively to medical emergencies
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and nursing assistants as needed
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Stay current on best practices by attending workshops, seminars, and continuing education

- Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or associate degree)
- Proven nursing experience in a clinical setting
- Current BLS certification (required)
- ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within one year of employment
- Excellent understanding of medical protocols and emergency care procedures
- Knowledge of sanitation, decontamination, and infection control practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented
- Highly organized, with exceptional multitasking and problem‑solving abilities
- Patient, compassionate, and committed to continuous professional growth
