• Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts (6:00am - 6:00pm)
• Job Schedule:
  
  Full time; requires every other weekend and rotating holiday; flexible scheduling options available.
• Pay: $10,000 sign‑on bonus; 12 hr shifts.

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, interdisciplinary colleagues, and providers to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise, using appropriate age‑specific standards.
• Provide care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, provide resident education, and perform various nursing interventions.
• Serve as charge nurse when required and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions and competence levels.
• Provide assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care.
• Function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred: CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with a State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring; may hold multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
