Overview
This registered nurse position in the Orthopedics Department involves providing safe, compassionate, and effective patient care by applying the nursing process and clinical training. The RN must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and understanding of departmental policies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
QualificationsRequired:
graduate or licensed RN in Arkansas; BSN preferred. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NALS may be necessary depending on the unit.
Apply basic nursing skills, collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team, and adhere to safety protocols including CPR. Specialty units provide unit-specific education to support specialized care. Contribute to delivering an exceptional patient experience and be familiar with organizational policies.
ScheduleThis position offers a 72-hour bi-weekly schedule during day shifts from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm.
