Location: Eureka Springs
This role involves ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies while performing nursing duties.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting rounds to assess residents' physical, emotional, and social needs
- Preparing and administering medication charts
- Administering treatments
- Consulting with physicians
- Communicating with the nursing director and staff
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in Arkansas
- Minimum of 2 years experience in long-term care nursing
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Long-term care experience preferred.
