Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical care, responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality, and evaluating care effectiveness.
Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain professional accountability, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Valid RN license and ability to maintain licensure in the state or via compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
- Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP) may be required based on department needs
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
Key Duties: Provide direct patient care, evaluate care delivery, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
