Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Competitive pay package discussed upon application Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with state and federal laws Licensure, travel, and certification reimbursements Professional malpractice insurance paid for Flexible scheduling and auto-off options available What You ll Do Provide high-quality emergency nursing care independently in a rural ER setting Assess, stabilize, and treat patients with acute conditions Document patient care and interventions accurately and efficiently Manage a stand-alone ER environment with minimal oversight Collaborate with medical staff and support staff to ensure safety and quality care Adapt to a rural ER setting with no inpatient responsibilities, focusing solely on emergency care Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies What You Need Valid RN license in Arkansas BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification 3+ years of ER nursing experience Travel experience preferred Comfortable working solo in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and decision-making skills Flexibility and reliability for schedule adjustments About the Assignment This position is at a leading facility in Eureka Springs, AR, which has transitioned to a Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) model.

Nurses will operate independently in a dedicated ER environment, focusing solely on emergency services without inpatient responsibilities.
