What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care independently in a rural ER setting
• Assess, stabilize, and treat patients with acute conditions
• Document patient care and interventions accurately and efficiently
• Manage a stand-alone ER environment with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with medical staff and support staff to ensure safety and quality care
• Adapt to a rural ER setting with no inpatient responsibilities, focusing solely on emergency care
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Arkansas
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certification
• 3+ years of ER nursing experience
• Travel experience preferred
• Comfortable working solo in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Flexibility and reliability for schedule adjustments

This position is at a leading facility in Eureka Springs, AR, which has transitioned to a Rural Emergency Hospital (REH) model. Nurses will operate independently in a dedicated ER environment, focusing solely on emergency services without inpatient responsibilities.
