Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical
PositionRegistered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care and ensure professional accountability.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
- Perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN license valid in the respective state or via compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or specialty certifications may be needed based on department.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements.
Providing comprehensive patient care, evaluating care effectiveness, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
