Job Summary

The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). It requires maintaining accountability for patient care, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld.

• Provide direct patient care using nursing assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate treatment plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient rights.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to care protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program with valid licensure.
• Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements.
• Preferred certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, and unit-specific credentials.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.

• Proficiency in performing procedures requiring reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
• Willingness to work night shifts, rotating weekends, and adapt to shift needs.
