Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are required within 6 months of hire. Recommended skills include strong clinical assessment, adaptability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
