Experience:

Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel, licensure, certification, and other reimbursements What You ll Do Provide advanced emergency nursing care on a rural stand-alone ER unit Manage a high-acuity patient population with support from experienced staff Follow protocols for BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Cerner EMR systems Collaborate with a team of two RNs or RN and Paramedic staff Adapt to a flexible schedule and dynamic environment Uphold patient safety and quality standards in a rural emergency setting Respond to various emergencies, including trauma and medical crises What You Need Valid RN license in Arkansas 3-5 years ER nursing experience, including travel or temp assignments Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (active, via AHA) Cerner EMR experience preferred Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to evolving schedules Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This assignment is at a leading facility in Eureka Springs, Arkansas, a vibrant community known for its scenic beauty and welcoming atmosphere.
