Registered Nurse - Med/Surg
Location:
Garland County, AR
Assignment Duration:
This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule:
12HR Nights - 36 guaranteed hours per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and ensure positive patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Document patient care and progress accurately in the EHR system.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Active RN license in the state of Arkansas.
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS. - 1-2 years of experience in a Med/Surg setting.
- Ability to float between units as required.
