Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA; Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Nightingale at Glenwood team. As a CNA on our 2p-10p shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

• Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as feeding, mobility, and incontinence care
• Monitor and document resident vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Identify and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents and staff

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Arkansas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in long-term care or a related setting preferred
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance, as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
