Technician, QC Line, Packaging and SSN

Job Summary

Job Summary The overall role of QC Technician, Line Packaging and SSN is to check and verify the specifications and parameters to ensure product quality in each stage of process.

• Checking confirm all control points in noodle process, noodle packaging and SSN packaging line to meet the controlled range in order to reach the set standards.
• Handle non-conformity products and follow up action to close NC report with effectiveness result
• Collect all support information (QC and Production) to make report and attached QC passed in order to release products on time
• Establish standard procedure and technical standard of noodle process to meet standard process and quality control are required
• Immediate inform and take action all major/critical issue detected in order to minimize non-conforming quantity
• Other tasks assigned by superior.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities which require attention to details and high commitment
• Demonstrate accountability and result-orientation skill to perform efficient work

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Bio-Industry, Agro-Industry or related fields
• Experience: Fresh graduate is encouraged
• Skills and knowledge: Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GMP, HACCP…etc
