Community Manager | The Hendrix | Augusta, GA

Brookside Properties is looking for a strong Community Manager to lead The Hendrix in Augusta, GA. This is a busy, fast-paced community, and we need an experienced leader who can confidently manage both the operations and maintenance side of the property
.

If you’re a hands‑on property management leader who knows how to motivate a team, manage resident concerns, drive occupancy, control expenses, and understand maintenance operations, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Strong Community Manager or Property Manager experience
  • Strong maintenance knowledge and understanding of property maintenance operations
  • Ability to lead and hold both office and maintenance teams accountable
  • Strong leadership and team‑building skills
  • Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage a fast‑paced, busy community
  • Comfortable with budgets, financials, and controlling expenses
  • Computer proficiency;
    Entrata experience preferred
What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily operations of the community
  • Lead, coach, and hold office and maintenance teams accountable
  • Drive occupancy, leasing, renewals, and resident satisfaction
  • Monitor collections and delinquency
  • Conduct regular property and maintenance inspections
  • Identify and address maintenance and property‑condition concerns
  • Manage vendors, expenses, and non-budgeted repairs
  • Assist with budgeting and financial performance
  • Ensure the property is well‑maintained, compliant, and operating efficiently

This is not a “sit behind the desk” Community Manager role. We need a hands‑on leader who is comfortable walking the property, partnering closely with maintenance, and taking ownership of the overall performance and condition of the community.
