Take 5 Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to run the site when leadership is not on-site. This is a leadership role for someone who takes ownership, trains and guides the crew, and ensures a fast, safe, high-quality wash experience for guests.
The position is on-site and fast-paced, with emphasis on accountability and guest satisfaction. The Shift Lead will be responsible for opening/closing procedures, directing team activities, and maintaining the site’s cleanliness and operations.
