Harps Food Stores - - - Responsibilities:
Support bakery/deli department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safety of equipment and tools.;
Support replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, damages, reworks, and supply use.;
Assist with merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signage, displays, sampling, and zoning.;
Support fresh food preparation and production, maintaining food safety standards and service counters.;
Help define and solve issues through critical thinking and problem solving.
