Harps Food Stores - - - Responsibilities:
Oversee grocery department operations including readiness, supervision, pricing maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safe equipment use.;
Manage replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, returns, damages, and supply usage.;
Ensure merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, and store procedures.;
Direct fresh food preparation and production, maintaining food safety standards, food preparation and production requirements and maintaining service counters.;
Oversee front-end operations including scheduling, cash registers, breaks, and managing customer flow, with focus on safety and risk management.
