Harps Food Stores - - - Responsibilities:
Lead Meat Department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools.;
Assist in meat department replenishment and inventory processes: ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, returns, damages, and reworks.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards: stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and procedures.;
Ensure equipment safety and quality: adhere to procedures and safety guidelines.;
Build relationships, integrity, and customer service, following SMILE program guidelines.
