O'Reilly Automotive - - - Responsibilities:
Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise;
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls and looking up parts and quoting prices;
Maintain cash drawer, accept cash/cheques, make change, and process credit card transactions;
Assist with the completion of daily image maker, planogram updates, and stock-related tasks (freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing);
Perform in-store services for customers (install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, etc.)
