Food 4 Less - - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, and department cleanliness.;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, and returns.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signing, and overall department procedures.;
Ensure food safety and proper packaging, labeling, and weighing of products according to guidelines.;
Demonstrate customer service excellence and SMILE program guidelines to enhance customer satisfaction.
