Compensation

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour for specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.

Fuel associates are focused on running the fuel station. They assist customers, accept payments, stock the shelves, and maintain cleanliness of the fuel station. The job may require standing for long periods of time.
