For our store in Hamburg, we are looking for a Floor Manager (m/w/d).

With your entrepreneurial and hosting mentality and your passionate sales talent, you not only inspire our customers but also motivate your entire team through your positive attitude and authentic demeanor.

Your tasks:

• Support of the store and deputy store manager
• Representation of our premium lifestyle brand as a brand ambassador
• Competent sales of our collections
• Regular clearance control and clearance analyses of your floor
• Care and development of regular and new customers
• Independent work within your sales team
• Collaboration with the VM team and participation in merchandise presentation
• Handling of our omni-channel system
• Reclamation processing and cashier duties

What do we need from you?

• Ideally first experience in the textile retail sector
• High sales affinity
• Motivating, self-confident personality with social skills
• Team capability and hands-on mentality
• Good English skills
