We are looking for a talented Sales Associate for our Columbia team in Metzingen, Germany.

You will be part of a diverse and dynamic European retail team that spans over 7 countries.

As a Sales Associate, your input is crucial to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. As a brand ambassador, your mission is to understand customer needs, advise them on products, and suggest solutions. Additionally, you will help with visual merchandising to boost sales success.

• Offer excellent service to all customers and advise them on our products to improve the customer experience by utilizing our best practices for customer service.
• Be a proud ambassador of Columbia by informing all customers about current product features and benefits.
• Foster customer loyalty through high-quality interactions aimed at enhancing the brand image and transforming visitors into enthusiastic customers.
• Ensure that all our products are displayed in accordance with the company's visual merchandising guidelines.
• Support us in inventory management and product deliveries.
• Maintain a great appearance of the store.
• Show eagerness to learn and take advantage of all opportunities to advance your development and improve performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and communicate with all levels of management and staff.
• Ensure that the company's policies and procedures are followed and suggest improvements.

What Makes You Successful?

• You have initial experience in a customer service and/or sales position. Previous experience in retail is beneficial.
• You are passionate about customer service and love interacting with people.
• You are proficient in the official national language. English skills are advantageous.
• You enjoy working in a team and live the team spirit.
• You are familiar with numbers (you can perform basic mathematical calculations).
• You are ready to join a high-performing team ready to take on challenges.
• You are an outdoor enthusiast and love sharing your passion!
• You are willing to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
