Assist Store Manager in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, and dairy, frozen food, bread, and thaw and sell bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various guides and history;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for perishable areas;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences;
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist in responding to customer needs and sanitation requirements.
