Support general merchandise department operations including readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Replenishment and Inventory Proceduressupport replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns;
Merchandising & Sales Floor Standardsstocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling and department procedures;
Problem Solvingdefine issues clearly and use critical thinking to obtain answers;
Customer Service/Hospitalitydeliver great customer service following SMILE Program guidelines
