Harps Food Stores - 700 West Commercial Street - Responsibilities:
Produce department operations support including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation and department cleanliness.;
Replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks.;
Merchandising and sales floor standards including proper stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling and overall department procedures.;
Fresh food preparation and production including maintaining food safety standards, preparation and production requirements, cool standards and service counters.;
Safety/quality orientation and ensuring high quality products and services while following safety procedures.
