• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise availability for customers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations
• Help lead the team to exceed the store’s performance goals and objectives
• Perform job‑related duties as assigned
• Provide backup duties in the absence of management, including completion of daily/monthly paperwork, problem resolution, daily video review, plan‑ogram compliance, inventory ordering, product count, equipment maintenance, and training of new employees

• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah)
• High school diploma or GED, or at least six months of related job experience
• Minimum of three months of cashier experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
