Food 4 Less - - Responsibilities:
Oversee bakery/deli department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department finances, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Support replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, and damages and reworks;
Assist merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signing, and shelf zoning procedures;
Assist with fresh food preparation and production while maintaining food safety standards;
Engage in problem solving, relationship building, teamwork, integrity, professionalism, and customer service to exceed customer expectations
