Harps Food Stores - 319 East Buchanan Street - Responsibilities:
Oversee bakery/deli department operations including department readiness, staffing, supervision, inventory, and adherence to policies and procedures;
Manage replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, and returns;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, and signage;
Oversee fresh food preparation and production ensuring food safety standards;
Monitor and enforce safety programs and procedures within the bakery/deli department
