Harps Food Stores - - Responsibilities:
Support bakery department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Maintain merchandising and displays with proper stocking, rotation, signing, and zoning procedures;
Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper packaging, weighing, labeling, and pricing of products;
Provide excellent customer service and uphold SMILE program guidelines;
Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork to support Harps’ mission
