Food 4 Less - - Responsibilities:
Manage meat department operations including readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment and tools;
Meat department replenishment & inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and supply use;
Merchandising & sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signing, sampling, and department procedures;
Food production and processing following company and food safety guidelines; proper packaging/labeling per regulations;
Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and customer service; uphold Harps’ SMILE program and mission
