Food 4 Less - 200 1st Avenue North - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including staffing, price maintenance, inventory, cleanliness, and safety procedures;
Manage meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, and returns;
Maintain merchandising and display standards, signing, and rotation; support sampling and department procedures;
Ensure proper food safety production guidelines and accurate labeling/weighting/packaging per company/regulatory requirements;
Demonstrate customer service excellence and teamwork; adhere to Harps’ SMILE program and company values
