Support bakery/deli department operations including staffing, pricing, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safety.;
Manage replenishment and inventory: ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation.;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signing, and zoning.;
Assist with fresh food preparation and production while adhering to food safety standards.;
Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
