Food 4 Less - 310 West Pridemore Drive - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including staffing, readiness, pricing, policies, inventory, cleanliness, and safety of equipment and tools;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, and overall inventory preparation;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and department procedures;
Uphold safety and quality standards and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment;
Build relationships with customers and teammates and deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company values
