Harps Food Stores - 115 Lee Street - Responsibilities:
Supervise meat department operations, including staffing, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment.;
Manage replenishment and inventory processes: ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation, and returns.;
Maintain merchandising standards and displays, including stocking, signing, sampling, and shelf integrity.;
Ensure proper production, packaging, weighing, labeling, and pricing of fresh meat according to company and regulatory requirements.;
Uphold Harps policies, attendance, dress code, and contribute to customer service excellence (SMILE program).
