- Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services
- A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Outgoing personality with strong conversational and sales closing abilities
- 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required
- Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Experience in a sales or customer service role within the telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM software
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of broadband, phone, and cable services
