At Glide Xpress, our Membership Sales Associates sit on the front lines—turning everyday customer interactions into long‑term relationships and recurring revenue.

• $18–$20 per hour base pay
• Commission on membership sales
• Top performers regularly earn $60,000–$70,000+ annually
