YOUR TASKS

You will receive extensive training and learn everything you need to get started as a rental sales agent (w/m/d) at the beginning.

• Customer advice & sales:
  You advise our customers and sell suitable additional services (e.g. insurance, upgrades) to make the rental experience perfect
• Fleet management:
  You rent out our exclusive vehicle fleet
• Administration:
  You take over vehicle disposition, contract creation, and cash handling
• Teamwork:
  You work closely in the station team to ensure a smooth process

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a valid class B driver's license
• Enthusiasm for cars & service:
  You have genuine joy in dealing with people and a winning, friendly demeanor
• Ideally, you have initial experience from sales, hospitality, gastronomy, retail, or car rental
• You speak fluent German and have good basic knowledge of English or are willing to acquire it
• You are a communicative team player and ready to work on weekends or public holidays
