Account Coordinator

The role of an account coordinator is to have a passion for people and services, with experience in retail, artistic, and training. The candidate must be a strong salesperson capable of recruiting, advising, and stimulating sales while adhering to the guidelines and standards of our retailer. A sales and education coordinator must be able to successfully plan and conduct business-level events and training.

They should have effective communication skills, create timely reports, and build cooperative relationships.

Excellent customer service, artistic skills, and working in an entrepreneurial environment are crucial for the success of this position.

• Responsible for achieving the retail sales plan and company KPIs for the region
• Providing best-in-class training to increase brand awareness and promote sales
• Building strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to implement a targeted strategy to increase results in line with company goals
• Adhering to all budgets. For example: freelancers and the ABH expense policy
• Responsible for completing all administrative tasks by the respective due date
• Adhering to the ABH dress code while constantly adapting clothing to current trends

• 3-5 years of experience in retail
• More than 3 years of experience in managing a counter with a turnover of at least one million dollars and leading a successful business
• Driven to achieve results
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and promote others
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs
• Ability to collaborate and build positive/effective business partnerships
