Customer Service Assistant

This position plays a critical role in operations by assisting Account Managers in day‑to‑day operations and is a perfect stepping‑stone into an Account Manager role. The position is Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $18 to $21 per hour based on experience.

• Assist the Account Management group with assigned tasks.
• Schedule appointments according to customer‑specified rules.
• Track and trace customer shipments for proactive communication.
• Enter data across multiple platforms.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding requested updates.
• Maintain a high level of commitment to reporting.

• Great time‑management and multi‑tasking skills to prioritize daily tasks.
• Quality and effective communication abilities.
• Ability to utilize a plethora of databases/sites specific to customers.
• Goal‑oriented with the ambition to be promoted into an Account Manager role.
• Personable, inquisitive, and positive attitude.
