R&R Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Gravette, AR. In this vital onsite role, you will act as a dedicated inside sales partner to 2–3 quota‑carrying field representatives, driving pipeline activity and ensuring flawless prospect follow‑up.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)Field Sales Partnership: Facilitate pre‑call prep, track active quotes, and maintain seamless communication to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Targeted Outreach: Execute 50–75 focused outreach activities weekly via email, phone, and Linked In to engage pre‑approved target accounts.
Lead Management: Assist in generating and qualifying leads for handoff to field reps, logging all updates in real‑time to optimize operations.
Event Sourcing: Research and vet local and national industry events/conferences to identify new networking and market opportunities aligned with R&R's goals.
Reporting: Transform CRM data into concise weekly performance summaries for leadership to help drive strategic decisions.
Experience: Proven success in an inside sales, lead‑generation, or sales support role. Experience working within a PMO or a highly structured project environment is a major plus.
Outreach Mastery: Comfortable managing 50–75 high‑quality outbound touches per week while maintaining rapid, 24‑hour follow‑up cycles for field reps.
Tech‑Savvy: High proficiency in CRM management and sales‑specific software to maintain strict data accuracy.
Collaboration
Skills:
Skilled in quote generation, proposal preparation, and coordinating effectively between the Sales and Project Management teams.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
