Location: Amboy
Bob and Eds is seeking an Outbound CSR for Drain Services to generate service appointments through proactive outbound calling campaigns. You will contact previous customers, maintenance members, and homeowners in targeted areas to promote drain cleaning, maintenance, sewer inspections, and seasonal plumbing specials.
Success is measured by engaging customers, identifying drain/sewer concerns, and converting conversations into booked appointments while maintaining accurate records in Service Titan
