Role Overview: The Account Executive is responsible for executing sales strategies to increase market share by developing relationships with referral sources and educating the medical community on home health and hospice services.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to promote growth
- Implement and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts
- Understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions and secure referrals
- Enhance awareness of services within the healthcare community
- Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and agencies
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary ranges from $72,048 to $108,072 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, and retirement options. The environment fosters performance recognition and professional growth.
